Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to visits, experience bookings, celebrations, school programs, cafe reservations and memberships at Farmus, Sector 67, Gurugram ("Farmus", "we", "us"). By booking or visiting, you agree to them.

2. Bookings & pre-booking

Pre-booking is mandatory for every visit, experience and cafe table. Walk-ins may be turned away when the farm is at capacity.

All bookings are subject to slot availability. Please arrive at your booked time slot; late arrivals may have a shortened experience.

The farm is open daily from 10 AM to 6 PM unless an event states otherwise.

3. Prices & payments

Prices are shown per head unless stated otherwise and may change with the season. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price you pay.

Experience bookings are paid in full online at the time of booking. Celebrations and school programs are confirmed with a token amount after we share your quote, with the balance due as set out in that quote.

Applicable taxes are charged as shown on your booking or quote.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the terms and conditions of the specific activity, either as mentioned on its booking page or based on any correspondence with the Farmus team.

5. Safety on the farm

Children must be supervised by a parent, guardian or teacher at all times.

Please follow the instructions of our team, especially around animals, water bodies, tractors and farm equipment.

Animal interactions happen only with a farm team member present. Animals can behave unpredictably; please don't feed them anything other than the feed we provide.

Visitors take part in activities at their own risk. Please tell us about any medical conditions or allergies when you book.

6. Food

Our cafe serves food cooked fresh from farm produce. Menus change with the season. Please tell us about allergies in advance; we cannot guarantee a kitchen free of allergens.

Outside food and drink are not permitted, except where agreed in a celebration quote.

7. Memberships

Memberships run for the plan period shown at sign-up. Basket contents are seasonal and vary week to week.

Deliveries can be paused by informing us at least 3 days before a delivery, within the pause allowance of your plan.

Kitchen-garden plots under Belong@EarthFirst remain part of the farm and are tended with our team's guidance.

8. Photography

Personal photography is welcome. Commercial shoots need prior written permission.

We may photograph events at the farm for our own communications. Tell our team on the day if you'd prefer not to be photographed.

9. Liability

Farmus is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to bookings made after it was published.
